Apex Arrow Tooltip

I figured someone would've made this post by now, but I didn't see it. Please forgive me if someone has already.

Apex Arrow:

Delivers an attack with a potency of 500 to all enemies in a straight line before you.
Soul Voice Gauge Cost: 20
Potency increases as Soul Voice Gauge exceeds minimum cost.
Consumes Soul Voice Gauge upon execution.

The tooltip is rather misleading, since the attack is only 500 potency with a full (100) Soul Voice Gauge. I've heard that at 20 gauge, the attack is only 100 potency. I think the general consensus is that this tooltip reads like 500 is the minimum, when in reality 500 is the maximum.

Potential change ideas:
• "Delivers an attack with a potency of up to 500"
• "Delivers an attack with a potency of 100~500"
• "Delivers an attack with a potency of 100" and leave it to the user to extrapolate that 100 gauge is 5x the minimum gauge cost and is thus also 5x the damage.
• "Delivers an attack with a potency of 100" and "Potency increases, up to a max of 500, as Soul Voice Gauge exceeds minimum cost."
