Contact Detail Form presents options only for US

Apologies if this isn't the correct section for this kind of problem, but I felt it fits better here than in the Website Suggestion section.

I'm trying to solve an issue through webchat, but before that I have to deal with another problem: filling the contact details.
The problem lies in how the form was built: it only shows address options for those living in the US (State/Region and Zip Code, for example).

In my case (not living in the US, but playing in the NA Data Center), how should I fill in the forms to proceed with the support request?

just put your real info, i'm from south america, argentina and I never had a problem with support before
