How do you get a GM in game? BOTS everywhere

Hyperion on primal there tons of bots in Western Thanalan

TONS of Thamaturge bots. I reported some but I ran out of lines. I reported over 50 and ther are more

Is there a way to quickly get a GM in game?

GMs don't handle bots in FFXIV. Bots are handled by the Special Task Force. You can file a report in game or online here https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...382&la=1&fty=2. If you see someone spaming RMT adds in chat you can right click their name and hit "report RMT".

Bots and RMT tend to be an issue mostly on the non-Japanese servers so the response is normally not very quick. The STF normally does a mass ban of bots about once a month. From what I'm hearing RMT bots have been more of an issue than normal recently, possibly because of the increase of players with Shadowbringers. Unfortunately, it will probably take SE a while to adjust.

When SE finally added proper tools for reporting the chat spam bots, it was a huge help for that aspect of the problem, but reporting the farming bots like DirtyOne was seeing is still kind of a pain.

yeah I would love for them to streamline the process and be more prompt. But since it doesn't seem to be an issue on the JP side the magnitude of the problem seems to get lost in translation. I remember ppl asking for the right click to report RMT spam for years and they would always say to just report to the STF. From what I recall (I could be wrong) Yoshida logged into Jenova for a visit one day, saw all the RMT spam, and then the option got added in within a few months.
