I logged in during lunch and tele'd to South Shroud without any problems. It wasn't even crowded.
Edit: and my que was 46, I got in after about 15 seconds.

The job is handled by a different set of people they clearly do not have the jurisdiction that the STF does because GMs handle plenty of other things, i hate to think how many false reports(not saying yours is) they have to go through on difference of playstyles etc
Helpful really helpful you are lucky it got moved to General discussion i would've just not touched it or binned it, your OP states South Shroud yet later you talk about Central Shroud well which is it, you need to keep concise and to the point with as many exact details as possible
Ok more useful but a time frame from when you 1st noticed it occurred would be beneficial here
Again no specifics Time zones are a thing Server time which is displayed above the mini-map would be far more useful
That is Hyperbole and a Lie because you have no clue how to world visit so you cannot say every world at most you can say Hyperion
As stated earlier they cannot there is a dedicated team already being payed for dealing with this, GMs are given a different set of responsibilities, Bots are not one of them.
You are very heated and you need to cool off you are not helping yourself if you are experiencing this problem as much as you claim go to New Gridania main aetheryte and visit another world continue your quest until you hear an official(something like this would get a response by SE saying when it is clear or congestion problems are dealt with etc) response by which point you could very well be long past it never to see it again.

And yet, if it's possible for bots to make an entire region (today it was central shrout) become inaccessible, then no, the job isn't being done.
If one person does something wrong, they get punished and things get taken care of inside of 5 minutes.
If one person does that same thing with a team of 100 bots, then "nothing can be done" apparently.
I'll say it one more time.
Picture a new player, picture them starting in gridania, picture them getting the first quest that has them leave town, and then they get an error message that tells them the game is broken, and they can't do it.
Do you picture that person staying?
Does this look like the experience that this game should be promoting?
Move to another server via the crystal for free until it dies down I guess.
Be happy we have that as an option now as the world visit helps in more ways than anything.
Is anyone else in Hyperion to see if this guy is overexaggerating?
Bots have been a lifelong issue. Use the tools you have now (world visit).
Least there's an escape lol.

Its 9.30pm here in UK
Its 5.30am in JP this problem will need to be sorted out by the JP developers and STF so yea ain't even going to be looked at for a few more hours at least
So i'd reiterate calm yourself down working yourself up solves nothing at this stage, people have given you advice on a temporary means to your predicament at this point it is on you to try at do something to improve your gaming experience because right now the people who can deal with it are sleeping.

Bots are usually just an annoyance, but when they're actually congesting servers in the manner they currently are, it becomes a pretty significant problem. Players should have better tools to report bots, GMs should have better tools to ban bots, and devs should have better tools to prevent bots.
As the game grows in popularity, so too will the number of people willing to exploit it.
The bot problem on Hyperion is crazy. I have plenty of photos of bots "hiding" inside the company chest in Ul'dah.

I'll have to check out Hyperion on an alt. If this is actually happening as described then yeah, it's a real problem, that should be addressed. And 'use world visit' is not an excuse.
That said, the way the OP is written really makes me think this is being highly exaggerated for attention.
I wish, I did indeed spend quite a lot of time attempting to enter central shoud, so I could collect the names and report a few of them.
I should have collected sceenshots, though I probably wouldn't be allowed to post them, due to other players being in them.
Que is well over 500, and it's taking longer to get in then it did at launch, this is... rather bad congestion. They finally got enough bots on to kick everybody else out.
