Eden Normal, Ok for the casual player?

Being that I am relatively newish I never did any of the 8 mans when they were current ( MSQ, Coils, Alex, crystal tower, etc) I generally stay away from savage raids they are above my pay grade!

So as the title says is Eden normal ok for the average skill level casual player Using duty finder?

It most definitely is! It's a bit tougher content than dungeons, I'd say similar difficulty to 24 person raids when they are current. Enjoy!

Consider the normal raids as slightly harder trials. If you can handle normal trials like Titania, there's a good chance you can handle normal raids. It's a simple matter of learning the mechanics and you're gold.

You'll be fine with some practice! Don't worry if you die a couple times. If you've done most of the content like Primals and Raids (even if they weren't current at the time), you'll still recognize mechanics and certain markers. Eden introduces some new ones for sure, but it's just a matter of learning them. They're more twists on well-known mechanics. The 4th Eden fight is pretty hectic, but it's pretty fun once you get it down!

I am on the casual side these days and I completed Eden 1-3 pretty easily. I have avoided Eden 4 and it will probably be like the last 4 part dungeon set for me, a non-complete. *shrug*, just not into ridiculously hectic dungeons.

Filthy casual here plus also my first expansion. Eden is actually the first 8-man raid I actually bother to unlock and have all of them cleared on pugs. I was worried at first since I mainly heal but after doing each encounter twice (four on E4) and learned the mechanics, it is actually not much different than story trials. Just a little faster paced and gets me more on my toes. I enjoyed it.

Did them all! Read guides had fun! Except Titan, of course I expected that since one of the WoL's replies is " The Landslides The landslides" when they bring titan up.

I'd consider myself "Midcore", i'm in a static that'll looking to push savage, but we aren't going to break our necks or anything. But, that said, IMO, the normal mode is pretty casual friendly. I did them all the day the launched, in pugs, the only fight we didn't one shot was titan, think it took, 3 tries? They aren't "hard" but they do offer a challenge. maybe titan is the upper end of what i'd consider casual friendly.

Very much so. I'm super casual, cleared it easily. Had one party wipe on Voidwalker due to everyone freaking out about the timed aoes but it was relatively easy for me at least. I did my first clear as a healer as I always do new content that way. Helps me observe more so I can bring that knowledge to my tank and dps roles.
