I think it's time to remove the allowances limit for beast tribes

My suggestion was for people who are just starting with beast tribes and want to do them all at the same time.

Given the rewards they give, I don't see it really necessary. Just do them as you gain access to them and you should have little trouble capping them out before growing out of them (Barring the ARR ones with how late they start...). If you're already capped on them, there's little point in doing ones below your level range too.
