I can definitely see the older races needing an update especially compared to Viera. I don't think the locations need an update, they look pretty stunning.
An example is the eyes, they look much more "alive" and "bright" on Viera. They also have HD Eyelashes, the older races look very pixelated up close in comparison. Some new face options would be nice too, I'm all for new customization options. Make up also looks 10x better on Viera and Au'ra compared to the older races where often times it looks like they are wearing uneven paint on their lips rather than lipstick.
