    Need help i cradh all the time

    So I should start by saying I am very computer dumb I don't know much about anything that's not Netflix and playing games so if help could be put in the simplest of steps I would very my appreciate that.

    I keep crashing it almost always happens when I teleport. I have mostly been getting a window that says :

    An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.(1)
    And the only button I can press is OK then exits the game and I have to relog. This happens when I teleport.
    Also not as often i will not load into dungeons i can still chat in the party chat but it will just be a black screen.

    The last one i get is also when i teleport but it has only happened 2 times but it is a much bigger error box it is:

    An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.
