Transferring World for a Fresh Start...do some DC have longer queue times, etc?

I've made the decision it is time for a fresh start and I am going to transfer from Faerie to a new server. If I decide to venture out of Aether and onto Primal or Crystal, do the different Data Center populations impact queue times to get into the game and the Duty Finder wait?

Are people finding on Crystal DF is longer due to less people or faster? Is Primal, which is heavy in the population on its servers longer or shorter?

Does the population have ZERO impact at all? I had heard complaints from people on Crystal but wasn't sure if they were legitimate.

It seems from what I can see based on the most recent census stats the number of active players between worlds and data centers is evening out, so I may not notice a difference.

Not sure how that all works or if it even matters and I should just pick a new world regardless of Data Center/World Pop.

I don't feel like there's any real issues with getting into the game or the DF. Higher pop servers on each data center would have their own troubles with game queues, of course. But at least on Crystal I don't find it takes very long even as one or two DPS queuing up for something. I don't remember the last time I waited for more than 20 minutes to get in to something, and that was usually outdated content as a DPS anyway.

I'm on crystal and queues here are never bad from what I see.

I'm on Leviathan. Probably the most congested primal data center world and the queue hasn't been more than 30 in several weeks.
