    hotbars not saving, keep resetting

    ■Date & Time: 07-24-2019
    ■Frequency: every time I log in
    ■World name: Coeurl
    ■Character name: Hiram Abif
    ■ Platform: Windows
    ■Steps: 1. Ever since 5.01 update, the controls keep starting out in keyboard mode, all my changes to my hot bars will not save the changes that I made. 2. I have attempted quitting, from game, exiting and relogging and no changes will be saved for hot bars on keyboard or gamepad mode.

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Are these the only settings that aren't being saved? If you changed sound or graphics settings, do they reset to default when you log back in?

    These settings are saved in the 'My Documents' folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure this folder has the appropriate exceptions for the anti-virus program you use.

    Hud is saving I will check once I can get in. 499 in que still.
