Together we stand quest

Hello, If i'm posting this in the wrong place i'm very sorry. I'm having some issues with together we stand story quest line. I've completed everything it asks me to then i tells me to go back to the sands in uldah. When i arrive and head to the marketwards where the instant list pops up its not their. My map waypoints are telling me this i where i need to be and what i need to do but i cant get into the seaping sands..

Any help would be great as its been a issue for several weeks now.

Thread Title:
I am unable to complete the quest Together WE stand. It tells me i need to go to the sands in uldah but when i arrive at the market ward to select to go there it isn't listed.

NCTC

Fiber Optic

TBH i'm not exactly sure.. ITs very fast

Date & Time:
about two weeks ago is as close to exact time as i can give you.

Frequency:
I am unable to finish the story quest so i'm suck until its resolved.

I started the mission together we stand. I completed every thing my journal tells me to complete. It then asks me to return to the seeping sands (not sure if thats its actual name) I go to where the entrance is and i do not get the option to enter. Yet my journal tells me to go there I also have the location on the map that shows it also.
