Ok so i started playing shadowbringers then got locked out of my account.
I tryed to get back in opened support threds and everything never to hear anything back via email or anything. Yesterday i went to try and reset my password again and it worked so it had been fixed without them telling me anything , so idk when this had happened.
Today i get an email about how my payment is coming up......... Why can i get that email but not one stating what is going on with my account, cant play all month because you wont get back to me but u still going to come after that money ... This makes me want my money back for the expansion and my subscription
This displays where your priorities are ... The money not the players..... Thanks for having me pay a monthly fee to wait for a response that i never got from your tech team
