    Locking accounts and not letting ppl know whats going on

    Ok so i started playing shadowbringers then got locked out of my account.

    I tryed to get back in opened support threds and everything never to hear anything back via email or anything. Yesterday i went to try and reset my password again and it worked so it had been fixed without them telling me anything , so idk when this had happened.
    Today i get an email about how my payment is coming up......... Why can i get that email but not one stating what is going on with my account, cant play all month because you wont get back to me but u still going to come after that money ... This makes me want my money back for the expansion and my subscription
    This displays where your priorities are ... The money not the players..... Thanks for having me pay a monthly fee to wait for a response that i never got from your tech team

    when it first happened did you change your pw right away because for some reason if you purchase something from the SE store then try to play FFXIV you will be blocked and ened to change your PW. should give an email to whatever email address you got marked down in your info as well.

    Tried to but it said my account was not registered with this email witch is when i opened the first support ticket that i never got a reply from ... 2nd ticket a week later still no reply to this day but they did fix it at some
    point

    Really just upsetting they made me wait and could not email me about my locked account or when it was fixed but they can email me about my monthly bill ... To the email that is "not registered with this account"

    this happened to me to when I resubbed last August 2018. I waited about two weeks before I heard anything and then someone on reddit suggested I change PW and I was good.
