No, there's no modicum here. I can make a ammount if no one undercuts me. Modicum is insinuating minimal effort, 3m as a drop in the bucket is asking for a slightly higher undertaking. Or buying gil and with this person buying multiple accounts, (I've blacklisted their others that they like to strut around) the chances are very high.
