I have a secret to tell. From my electrical well. It's a simple message and I'm leaving out the whistles and bells. So the room must listen to me Filibuster vigilantly. My name is blue canary one note* spelled l-i-t-e. My story's infinite Like the Longines Symphonette it doesn't rest- TMBG Birdhouse in your Soul
A huge THANK YOU!!!! For FINALLY selling the Meteor Survivor Polo on the store. AND a huge thanks to my friend who bought it for me while he was at Fan Fest!!! YES I finally have my POLO!!!
He personally knows Alisae so i think its very likely he knows because i doubt Alisae would not talk about us given her admiration.I don’t think the RDM guy has a clue. He’s more concerned about training Arya. The closest thing he said about us and our power was that our skills have now surpassed his. He asked what we’ve been up to, which we reply by telling him about our exploits on the First. He just says,”Wow. Sounds like a challenge, even for a red mage!” And that’s literally it. Then it’s back to Arya.
I haven’t done the BLM 80 quest yet but at 70 the ONLY thing the guild was concerned about was me being the caretaker of Shatotto’s secrets - Shatotto being the founder of the black magic arts. And basically being her chosen successor.
That’s it. No WoL references or anything.

No, he doesn't. My first character did the Hildebrand quests, and I recognised the reference immediately, but this character hasn't done *any* Hildy quests yet and still got the Stealer of Pants title. Presumably this is either an oversight, or Hancock is actually referring to something else when he says Stealer of Pants. My money is on oversight, as even if you count looting pants in a dungeon as "stealing" them, it only really makes sense with the Hildy quest.
Or maybe Hancock is just that well informed that he knows things THAT HAVEN'T EVEN HAPPENED YET
The only thing that i feel could make sense outside Hildy questline is when we stole imperial uniforms back in 2.0, now if uniform was changed with clothes, then people could think we stole pants, rumors do have a habit of changing slightly the more times they are told.

He did say for that if "rumors are to be believed". Weird rumors and conspiracy theories about the WoL are probably around we just don't get to hear them often, and it doesn't help that some of them are probably right given the weird things we can get involved in.
Like stealing pants.
I honestly would be surprised if there are not any weird stories about WoL considering the stuff they get into on side-quests and certain things WoL may do such as holding on to stacks of food for a long time.He did say for that if "rumors are to be believed". Between the Namazu and the Pixies, we sure have been getting a lot of jokes about the state of our bags lately...

Pretty much everyone in the WHM area knows, if not fully then partially. Even the (guest NPC's) all remember you from previous exploits, one of which asking how you got to be so strong (which was almost joined at the hip with the actual ShB ending when the WoL was approached by that fascinated kid before the credits).
It's at a point where I just assume everyone knows. There's no reason not to assume this given we have had dealing with every major city on a very high level, handled primals and all manner of daunting tasks across every zone, and are forced to fetch-quest for... well, pretty much everyone.
"And all the Hyur's say I'm pretty sage – for a White Mage!"
