My trusts are all level 71 still since I have been mostly doing FATEs to try and level my alternate jobs and get my rank up in the zones, but my question is do the Dungeons get easier as the trust NPCs level up or are they somehow synced to the dungeon you are doing beyond what a normal play er. Meaning once I get the team I am using to level 72 are they going to be getting any noticeable increase in damage or will they dungeons still take as long as they are to complete with them?

They will always be the same. They will be synced down to the dungeon level just like you are when you enter a lower dungeon than your level.

Nah they can level up. They'll sync down if they level too much but there's a range of 2 levels per dungeon.
They do slightly better if they level up from what I've seen.
But it's barely noticeable, it's not like they're the best as it is.

I know they level up but if you take say 75 level trusts into the 71 dungeon they will be synced back down, they wont perform at the 75 level just like players are synced down.
