It has become increasingly evident that the difficulty to fit certain jobs to specific roles has become much higher than originally anticipated. Would you ever reconsider your stance on creating a Support role, to place those jobs who don't fit into the existing roles very well, so that they can retain their identities while not screwing up your balance?

FFXIV used to be designed to be playable with up to 200 ms latency. Are there any plans to address the current gameplay issues that make classes like MCH and NIN nearly unplayable at those latency levels?FINAL FANTASY XIV was designed to be played in an environment featuring ping times of 200 – 220 milliseconds or less. Even if players experience an increase in ping times due to the data center relocation, as long as their times remain below 200 ms, then they may rest easy, for there should be no discernable difference in gameplay.

Regarding AST, a lot of the abilities no longer fit with the lore of astrologian. In particular, the cards no longer reflect their individual meanings and skills like Celestial Opposition have lost a lot of flavour and identity. It does not feel like I am playing an astrologian that was taught to me by the job quests and lore book.
Are there any plans to address these issues soon?
For the AST gameplay, why were abilities like Time Dilation and Celestial Opposition changed/removed? Are there any plans to introduce more utility and buffing into AST kit that isn't a damage buff?
The current card system I feel has too many buttons for just simple damage buffs, Undraw is also completely useless as there is no reason to ever use it. Other jobs can accomplish with 1 button what Divination and Seals is trying to do with 7, shouldn't there be something more interesting to do with Divination then, like different Seal combinations causing different buffs or effects?

Why no new Ver-spells like VerBlizzard, VerWater, VerIce, VerQuake? Especially with the AoE VerThunder2/VerAero 2 because using Impact sucks!
Can we expect to see an update to the Archer/Bard animations for Heavy Shot/Straight Shot/Venomous Bite abilities? The game does not render projectiles and these abilities feel disconnected when they are shot and something seems to hit the target without any projectile actually traveling.
