Forum / Lodestone Character Information refuses to update?

So I recently got on the forums and I noticed when I was asked to pick a character that my main character (The one currently showed) was showing out of date information from April. (Race, World, Class levels, everything) This further gets confusing since the Companion App displays my character information correctly along with Mog Station. Only Lodestone and the Forums show the wrong information.

I tried opening a ticket but aside from an automated email giving suggestions that all do not work (Logging out and back in ect) I'm not sure what to do. In the grand scheme of things I can still use the Forums just fine but it is frustrating when I glance over and see nothing but wrong information under my name.

I found other people that had similar issues but never any real solution.

EDIT: Just a quick heads up I got the issue fixed.

For anyone with a similar problem how I fixed my issue was I figured since it was claiming I was Xia Thas on the Omega server still, I made a new character on Omega with that name and everything fixed itself. Now my information is all up to date here on the forums and Lodestone.

If you are having this kind of issue and this fix works please let me know.
