    World Congested

    Currently i want to transfer to a world that is congested, there is some time that I can try to transfer or wait until the status of this world changed back to standard.

    Congested is locked. You can't transfer to it.

    the next patch is just next week - there will probably be more changes to world status. until then you'll have to wait.
