New Crafter, looking for reasources

Right, so I'm looking to get into crafting properly, I've been having a ton of fun with it, and even managed to get my crafters to 55! But I still feel like I'm missing something about rotations, gearing, and which skills I should even be cross classing, any help would be amazing!

- Gearing mainly comes down to maxing your CP so you can afford to use more actions.
- Cross classing 55~ range: Comfort Zone, Piece by Piece, Hasty Touch, Waste Not II, Careful Synthesis II, Muscle Memory, Ingenuity II, Tricks of the Trade.
- Your gatherers are high level. If you run into hitting max quality in crafting, gather some extra HQ items via Unearth II/Leaf Turn II.

No! Unless you NEED the result to be HQ AND you don’t care about the exp, always use NQ materials while crafting. Use of HQ materials cuts the amount of bonus exp that you can earn from the craft. From 0 Quality to max, you get 300% bonus. From all HQ mats to max, you only get about 240% bonus - and that’s old info. Given that you can now start with a higher amount of Quality due to mats, the 240% is high, it will be lower on recipes that allow you to start with, say, 75% Quality.
