Onslaught
  • No more beast gauge cost.
  • Applies 10s of Storm's Eye.
  • 20s cooldown.

Reasoning: This makes it possible for WAR to use Onslaught while questing (because it's not possible to use Infuriate out of battle anymore), making the class much more fun to play. Also if you engage in fights with Onslaught, even your first combo will be buffed. AoEs will be much better too because after Onslaught you'll use Overpower -> Mythril Tempest to extend Eye.

Upheaval
  • Reduces Infuriate cooldown by 2s (proportional to cost).

Reasoning: Makes it crystal clear that Upheaval is a dps gain and should be used always when possible, this isn't really 100% intuitive because IC is the most damaging skill in WAR's kit and so players might think that by prioritizing FCs they'll be increasing overall damage by outputting more ICs.

Nascent Flash
  • Doesn't need a target to be cast.
  • If cast without a friendly target, targets the nearest friendly target.
  • If no one is in range, the effect is only applied to you.

Reasoning: Quality of Life and also to make it useful while soloing content.
