30-35% is either optimistic, two entirely world class DPS or obsolete content. Somewhere between 50% and 75% is a more realistic figure imho.

It takes a little under a minute to kill a decent sized trash pack in one of the current Dungeons with good damage.

With a combined group DPS of 100k and myself doing 30k of that, it takes ~40 seconds from my first holy (Not including hitting most of the pack with Dia as the pull is being formed) to the last. This is also excluding a couple of Glares once the pack is down to 1 or 2 mobs. In this case, the Stun would have been done with at around 60% HP remaining.

Holy is a powerful tool, but the instant cast of Art of War is also very useful too. As useful as the stun? I'd agree that it's not. But it's far far handier then Gravity if you're really trying to push out as much DPS as you can.
