In short, as ruled by the supreme court, Amendment constraints do not apply to private platforms. FFXIV is a private platform they own and control, thus anything you request in a legal matter is null and void.

By all means, if you feel it needs to be discussed or that you feel you've ground to stand on, by all means make a new thread. But since you brought it up in this thread as a argument to your point, I feel responding to it in a such a way is fair. I'll warn you though, that in your new thread you will lose any and all arguments regarding United State Laws and what you feel SE is doing in restricting your rights of any kind.
