    Two simple changes to fix NIN convoluted gameplay

    Hi folks.

    After spending some time playing NIN in EX trials and other content, this is my suggested changes in a realistic spectrum that could improve the current unnecessary convoluted gameplay the NIN has, namely the Bunshin optimization with TA and how Meisui plays a role in it. These changes would also consequently improve personal DPS which is also a needed and welcome addition. Suggested changes are as follow:

    1 - Remove ninki cost from Bunshin, keep the cooldown or just push it to 120s to sync with every other TA.

    We already have two ninki spenders, a single target and aoe, we don't need it attached to another skill which already requires enough babysitting due to ninki management.

    This change would also contribute and 'ease in' the 2nd suggested change.

    2 - Add a potency value to Meisui and remove the Suiton "consumption effect" and it only work under the effect of Suiton instead.

    This would give us more reasons to actually use Meisui outside opener and only having it to optimize it for Bunshin-TA windows because otherwise it's just a very slight or even dps gain compared to just using Raiton. This way we could use Meisui with every TA window and have more ninki available to use Bhava during TA windows during fights.


    Ending notes:

    I believe this would improve the NIN gameplay while also boosting it's own dps numbers without having to boost potencies but the primary incentive would be giving a better flow to the NIN gameplay and remove one of the many complicated layers the job already has that in my opinion adds more frustration than fun to it to an otherwise incredible job, I love the current NIN and I want it to do well.
