Dark Knight Currently alternates between a potential 5555 potency burst and a 4840 potency burst due to Carve and Spit and Abyssal Drain not lining up with Delirium.

Your suggestion would drop the burst down to 4565 and 4235 unless they chose to potentially handicap their sustained dps.
In comparison the other two tanks 10s burst windows deal:
Gunbreaker: 5868 - 1.2*(500*2 (Burst Strike) + 800 (Blasting Zone) + 200 (Bow Strike) + 450 (Gnashing Fang) + 260 (Rip) + 550 (Savage Claw) + 280 (Tear) + 650 (Wicked Talon) + 300 (Gouge) + 200*2 (Rough Divide))
Warrior: ~6562 - ~1.5*1.25*(590*5 (Fell Cleave) + 450 (Upheaval) +100 (Onslaught))
What happens when Delirium doesn't line up with the add they have to kill solo in 10 seconds?

Living Dead
Recast 420s.
Create a Ripper Essence enemy whose HP equals your current HP for 10s.
While the Ripper Essence is alive, most attacks will not lower your HP below 1. If the Ripper Essence is killed before timer runs out, the recast on Living Dead is reduced by half.
Or, if they really want to keep the risk of dying, keep the current recast, make it 15s duration, and you have to kill the Essence to not die.

I have carefully analysed the most common issues raised by each job, and have come up with the optimum answers to this thread. Let's give it a shot.
PLD:
Trait: Spelltron: Whenever you block an attack under the effect of Sheltron, you have a chance to make your next Clemency instant cast and cost no MP. Effect can only occur once per minute.
DRK:
Action: Living Dead: For the next 10 seconds, most attacks cannot reduce your HP below 1. If this effect is activated, it is converted to Endless Night.
Endless Night: For the next 10 seconds, you are impervious to most attacks and cannot be the target of healing spells or abilities. All your attacks heal you for an additional 100% of their value. Recast increased to 6 minutes.
GNB:
Trait: Beatbox: Gunblade weapon effects are now replaced with Soken beatboxing.
WAR:
Action: Support Desk - Leave a Suggestion: Allows you to file a complaint against how Onslaught isn't overpowered enough and how you can no longer automatically do the highest dps for the least effort. Pressing this button permanently uninstalls your game and sends you a gift voucher for a free copy of Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest for the SNES.

Dark Knight
Living Shadow
The model used for the summoned shadow is changed to a copy of the player character using this skill and the armor worn is changed to the level 60 Chaos set minus helmet. The flat black textures for body and gear remain.
