    Right, except some jobs right now have objectively poor damage like SMN I really think they need to just increase the potency of DoTs because right now they don't even outdamage the health regen people get when out of combat. I was on my DRG, got really low HP, jumped back and bolted away but saw I had two SMN BE dots on me. I was sure I was dead but once I dropped combat and the HP regeneration kicked in, I was fine.

    SMN dots are just completely bad. Increase the damage of them.

    It has nothing to do with SMN’s damage output, it is most likely you are hitting the wrong target on the Frontline. Especially if you are attacking tank that comes with built in 30% damage reduction. If
