AOE past 70 is pretty easy.

Freeze (for an umbral heart to be used with Flare), Fire 3 (for astral fire buff), Flare, Flare, then start over.

If you're feeling like dropping some really quick damage and get some giggles from your group you can try this one every few minutes on the large pulls:

Freeze, Fire 3, Triplecast, Flare, Flare, Manafont, Flare

Past level 72, you can change to AF3 directly with flare since switching from one to the other is free.

For some real giggle you can Freeze, Flare, Triplecast, Flare, Flare, Manafont, Flare

Doesn't Foul factor in somewhere?

Yes, whenever you are in Umbral Ice you can refresh Thunder 4 and use Foul
