Please add additional ways to obtain old Treasuremap rewards

Like the Gazelleskin map. Nobody does it anymore. So all the Cloth Cointe Quaint and Holy Linen supply is dwindling. How are we supposed to make a Fashion empire when they're out xD.

Maybe add them as tradable items for crafter scrips? or Grand Company seals? or both? Thanks .

They already did in Stormblood if I remember correctly, there are materials for glamour items that were previously available from HW maps. Check the yellow scrip vendor.

I personally hated this solution to the lack of people doing Aquapolis for those rewards... I'd much rather SE have just given us new means to obtain old maps... Like, keep the current highest tier map on the 18h gathering allowance system, sure, but put all the tiers below that in the Grand Company Seal vendor or something... So in theory you could go buy a dozen Dragonskin/Gazelleskin maps whenever you want to do Aquapolis/Lost Canals that way... Just slapping the rewards on a vendor and saying "Don't even bother doing this content anymore" rubs me the wrong way...

If they become valuable enough, people will do the old maps to get them. Some items being rare isn't an issue. They were also obvious targets for purchasing and reselling, so I can basically guarantee there will be a low, but steady supply, for a very long time.

Can you solo a Gazellskin map dungeon run by yourself? xD They even added level sync in that area.

Also the new Dungeon Map is coming out soon and when that happens, barely anyone, if any is going to be running gazelleskin maps lol.


Maybe if SE allowed us to use Trusts inside and remove the level sync. Maybe nerf the gil rewards to balance it out.

people don't do any maps yet, treasure links are waiting for the new dungeon, they will also do gazelle or dragon maps then.
