So most of the fish desynth levels are 390. I'm currently at 320 and still can't even try to desynth the 5.0 fish lol. HQ Tinker's Calm and Bacon Bread didn't work as i hoped and is still giving me a 0% chance of desynth success.

Am i supposed to Fish Rare ilvl320-350 fish back in Stormblood areas just to level up desynthesis?
