Hello. I had been trying to adapt my previous 2.44s GCD dragoon rotation from Stormblood for Shadowbringers, but had some difficulty in achieving the goals I had wanted. In trying to develop some rotations, I decided to revisit some higher skillspeed variations and developed this out of curiosity.

I am not a theory-crafter, and so I make no claims concerning the effectiveness of this in terms of raw potency. A few things I can claim is that this substat point dump into skillspeed is probably not optimal, especially this early where there is not enough raw substat points in gear to make such an investment even remotely viable, much less competitive with more traditional substat point investment into direct hit and critical hit. Also, I am unaware of the actual minimum skillspeed necessary to reach a 2.35s GCD. My own gear fumbling has put the number to around to 1836 skillspeed. Furthermore, my latency has been a bit high as of late so there might be some errors, but I have been careful in testing this on a striking dummy to achieve consistency at least on my end. That said a slightly slower GCD may be viable.

The rotation itself is quite rigid and unforgiving at critical buff windows where engagement is required, otherwise certain high-potency skills will have to be squandered earlier—outside the treatment of buffs. What this rotation lacks in robustness is, I think, made up for with having buffs windows align well with high-potency skills. (I think.) Again, this was born out of my own curiosity and meant as something to share rather than be too seriously considered.

Some notes:
- The first Life of the Dragon is delayed i.e. Geirskogul, then Mirage Dive, so in entering Life of the Dragon it aligns with buff windows.
- While the first Life of the Dragon window has only its last Nastrond under Lance Charge, we immediately go into Life of the Dragon again so a second Nastrond is under Lance Charge.
- 2.35s GCD seems to around 1836 skillspeed.
- Outlined are the first 60 GCDs or about 2 minutes and 21 seconds worth of engagement.
- GCD skills are at the left margin with weaved abilities tabbed. Each complete combination is double-line separated.
- The order of weaved abilities are important in many cases and not interchangeable.
- In parentheses are which buffs are active: BL=Battle Litany; LC=Lance Charge; DS=Dragon Sight; LS=Life Surge.
