A requiem for heroes (dragoon)

I am making this post on behalf of my wife. She is currently on A requiem for heroes as dragoon and she is struggling to beat the DPS check part of the fight. I am asking Dragoon players for help by sharing their current rotations. She has looked at serval guides and so far has not had much luck.

She is wearing a mix of i390 and i385 so she has the gear to complete it. She just lacks a a good rotation at the moment. She plays on PS4 any help that can be offered for rotations would be great.

DRG has 2 combos. A dot combo and a damage combo. The basic concept is to use blood of the Dragon and then do the 5 hit Chaos Thrust combo chain, then the full Thrust combo chain and alternate them. Use your jumps as available. When you've done 2 mirage dives (proc from jump) your next Geirskogul will enable you to enter life of the Dragon state. In this state, she can use Nastrond every 10 seconds for up to 30 seconds (depending on duration of blood of the dragons the time). This is the most basic rotation.

The approach that made the difference for me was to take out the Red and blue swords first. It doesn't matter how much dps you can do on Zenos - if you do not take out all 3 swords in time its an insta-wipe. (done on my dragoon).

Hi Nana,

You want to save your burst potential for the swords. This will make or break this fight. Stack up your jumps and hammer G into Nas as soon as the swords come up. Pop your cds and get out as much dps as you can. Make sure to dive from the first sword to the second to save some time. Second nas on the sword. I am on ps4 as well, zoom out to get a good field view. Up until the sword, just dance and avoid telegraphs. Focus on ramping up when the swords drop. It's the biggest hurdle you will run in to. Also, bring some potions with you to help replenish some health along with your cds. Makes a difference staying around 75% HP most of the fight rather than 30%.
