There's no penalty for leaving an instance by voting abandon. And the penalty is always 30 minutes not 15..

Have you been around since 2.0 started. Also tell that to my fc party was in that happened to. We all got penalty. This was back in the beginning of 2.0.

I stand corrected. However, you should have told everyone your experience was over 5 years old. Without that detail, anyone would interpret what you said like being recent, and with today's rules, this is just wrong.
