Even 5 minutes is excessive. Personally, I'm a fan of what I (and probably no one else) think of as "The Balmung 2," which means you have around 2 minutes from first call to arrive at a hunt before Soul Jah gets bored of waiting and pulls it. Keeps hunts really efficient, and the people who are actively helping to scout and spawn hunts generally aren't the ones missing them anyway.
