I somehow got it to work. I deleted FFXIV (including the MyGames folder), then deleted my Nvidia drivers (and all other Nvidia software with it). I then downloaded and installed the latest Nvidia driver (I didn't install Nvidia experience), downloaded and patched the game, and now it works.
