The Qitana Ravel don't drop weapon when I use job

Before I runned 73lvl Dohn Mheg when I had all gears from Dohn Mheg.
End boss give reward gears/weapon as alwasy.

Next farm gears The Qitana Ravel and got all gears.
But, last weapon don't drop weapon from last boss "reward" as I'm warroir. Needed get axe.

Bugged or normal?

Levelling Dungeons never dropped the weapon automatically, only gear. Weapons only from coffers.

Weapon drop are rare drop from chest only you don’t get weapon as free drop from finishing the dungeon only armor and accessories I have gotten blm and whm weapon from chest
