    Oh, the character in question is currently stuck in Lower La Noscea, or at least that's what the location shows her to be at.

    If this is only happening with this one character, you may want to remove locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Be sure to make a backup of this just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.
