OP, if you're talking specifically about end game raiding then yes I agree. FF14, in my opinion, need a lot more raid content than four bosses fight per 3 months.

The game is getting bigger and bigger, so I really don't understand why we still stuck with only one raid theme per expansion.

Some people needs to forget their love to suffering. FFXIV's Endgame is perfect, because it allows the players to complete it and set them free to enjoy the rest of the game. This is a MMO, a virtual life. I'm tired of this mindset of "the only relevant content is end-game content', wrong, this game is not focused on end-game content and I hope it never will, because it will become toxic the day people realize they will never complete the content because it needs tons of work.

The goal in FFXIV is to do what you like the most, and not what is end-game. There are a TON of MMO that you need to work instead of having fun, go there and feel it, maybe you can understand and value what FFXIV offers.

About Scottzone, I like his content, but this video was disappointing and disingenuous.

There is already a "end-game" content for players that want something to do forever, and it's called Eureka. You can see by it how much players want suffering in the end-game. None.

I still have a lot of stuff I can do. Not endgame content - other than farming it for alt classes like I am doing now. My day usually just consists of leveling alt classes (gotta get that amaro), occasional roulette, farming extremes for mount. I don't really do tertiary content actually. The bulk of my time is mostly spent leveling classes. Dungeon runs with FATEs mixed in to complete all of them eventually, and get exp.

I personally don't care about too much endgame content (I am a very sporadic player when it comes to what type of content I feel like doing), but other than mount farming the ex's I don't really see an actual point in playing my mains (whm, dancer) in anything but roulette. I get nothing out of it. I actually came to like eureka believe it or not, because it gave me something to dump time into while also working towards a goal.

I really do prefer the way XIV does it, though. I have other games I want to play, so less time spent grinding is a relief to me.

Personally, I'm happy for how content is spaced out. It gives me time to level other jobs, grind FATEs and Hunts for minions and orchestration rolls, work towards the Amaro mount... while working full time and trying to have life outside FF14. There hasn't been time where I log in and have nothing to do.

I have no idea what Endgame content means. But people need to stop focusing on purely gear lvl increase etc.
Achievement farming, treasure maps, crafting, housing, glamour, mount and minion farming, Orchestrion farm, HoH, Eureka Relic.
I used to play WOW from 2004-2011, and I found their content very lacking compared to what I am getting from FFXIV.

But you should also stop comparing and try turning XIV into WOW, as I dont want to play WOW again personally. If you find the content in WOW fun, then go play WOW until bored and then come back to XIV inbetween patches.

I just really hate how Activision Blizzard is behaving and will never give them my money again personally.
And Scottzone is another LazyPeon who bought LVL/Story skip so all his credibility towards XIV is null and void

The title and question referered to end game. Content at level 80. Lets breakdown your list:
    • Collecting all mounts - Yes, Extreme Titania and Innocence mount farming counts.
    • Collecting all barding - Yes, Extreme Titania and Innocence bard farming counts.
    • Collecting all minions - Yes, This counts down to lvl 80 FATEs.
    • Collecting all achievements
    • GoldSaucer - Can be done at level 30.
    • Leveling all classes - Leveling progression isn't end game, thats literally the opposite.
    • Completing the Fishing Log -
    • Completing the Sightseeing Log - Can be done 70 and below
    • Breeding the perfect racing chocobo - Can be done at 30
    • Maximizing my companion Chocobo - Can be done at 30
    • Collecting all costumes - I'm assuming transmorg
    • Collecting all Titles
    • Clearing POTD solo - Can be done at 60
    • Clearing HoH solo - Can be done at 70
    • Finishing all crafting logs - Leveling progession
    • Finishing all beast tribes - Done at 70 and below
    • Finishing Eureka - Done at 70 and below

A lot of your suggestions are for dated content that pre exists since the expansion.

It's not relevant to the question or title - most of us have finished dated content.

We're talking about level 80 end game content, new to shadowbringers.

I can see why you're , since you made no genuine attempt to read the title or question.

Have you ever tried Ultimate? It’s high-end, end game content that can require a bit of time to clear and later farm for weapons, and it’s never irrelevant because of the level and item level syncs on it.

Towards the end of SB I was basically just grinding out random achievements after having savage on farm mode for several months.

There's really not that much to keep people occupied on the combat side of things, and I'm doubting the Ishgard Restoration is going to offer much to DoL/H classes either.

    This is good suggestion actually.
