Anything that feeds into doing more max level content is not max level content and therefore is not part of the question. What is being asked is for more content once you reach max level, not for more content to unlock max level content. Therefore it's invalid as a response and isn't related to the question

And like I said, if he went straight to the point of asking for more specific max level PVE content, it might've framed the discussion better.

Instead, the first post was filled with questions and/or comments that can be responded either by people who are content with farming old content for tomes (which would count as endgame content for this game because it's not something you can do without reaching level cap) and/or by people who disagree that only endgame content is qualified to keep you busy in a game that allows you to level all characters (including crafting and gathering) with one character and have plenty side content as well.
