Frankly, I don't think that much Ninjas are kicked from roulettes, and whatever you could witness with your own eyes is a very irrelevant sample. As for PF, I'm going to guess PF for difficult content (Frankly, who builds a PF for Expert dungeon or stroryline primals...), they are part of the 5% content where balance matters.

And even in pre-final coil period, Dragoons were not kicked en masse from casual content, especially since you have to wait 15 minutes to even kick someone, and by that time, most casual content is finished.
