    Amazon Promotion

    I recently made an Amazon purchase and was supposed to receive the black fat chocobo on my account. So far I have only received it on one of my alternates, the first one I logged in with after submitting my information in the Mog Station and none of the other alt characters. I have made numerous attempts in game to get this resolved after being informed to contact a GM in game through the Support Desk. I am still unable to get any kind of response from them so sent report tickets to SE and get nothing but computer generated responses on how to correct my login, how to enter items in Mog staion, etc.
    If I had entered the information incorrectly then I would not have received the one chocobo. I repeat I have only received one Black Fat Chocobo on one character on my account only the first character I logged in with after submission of code. I did not get any option to select a character for the chocobo so I am led to believe this was an account wide item.

    Sorry if you already did this, but have you checked if the system messages part of your mailbox is full? Although you can receive lots of mail from other players, you're limited to only 20 system message (from Square Enix) so if you are at that limit you'll need to delete something before new things can arrive (they will still arrive, but they need space to do so).
