One of the biggest things I see for 2.0 is more synergy amongst all the systems....
Guildleves are their own thing (I know they are moving away from leves), U/U has nothing to do with Materia, Dungeons and u/u have nothing to do with crafters.. none of it has anything to do with chocobos... materia and dungeons have nothing to do with companies.....

I feel like 2.0 is gonna see all of these things work together better....
Crafted gear where the crafter needs to get support in the heart of a dungeon or stronghold + u/u materia obtained through fighting a primal as part of a company quest, and only attached using a special catalyst obtained through Hamlet defense quest
Since the materia is u/u, they'd have a way to put up the item, materia and catalyst in your bazaar, repair style...

Now all of that is just a very vague (and flawed) example but you get the idea... I think in 2.0... all things will work together for the good!!!
