Job specific armor and the armoire (request)

So we cannot actually put the level 60, 70, and 80 job-locked gear into the armoire, and that is kind of rough at this point. DRG and NIN aside, the gear we stuff into our glamour dresser fits multiple jobs, so there is a fair bit of utility in that. But if we're saving multiple sets of job-specific armor, it clogs up the dresser very quickly while also only serving a single job each. I understand being picky about what can and can't go into the armoire, don't get me wrong! But it would be super nice if these job locked sets could be stored all the same as the level 50 job sets.

This is really just a time saving option. We can repurchase quest armors from the calamity salvager, so it's not like we're being put in an inventory bind or anything. We can't preview items resold by the calamity salvager, though, so if you want to see if bits and pieces of old sets will work with new glams, you still have to run back and forth through town, wasting time and a measly 1,000 gil (give or take).

The reason you can't is the original AF (artifact armour) set gained at 45-50 is unique and quested, whereas the later AF armour (level 50 AF1.5, level 60 AF2, level 70 AF3 and now level 80 AF4) can be regained by simply getting the required tome currency or equivelant.

So therefore it's simply pragmatism at work here: the original set is meant to be 'unique' and kept, whereas the higher level sets are basically little more than vendor trash in SE's eyes, thus you're meant to simply dispose of them if you have no more room by trading them in for Company Seals at your Grand Company and then just buy them again with the relevant currency. Either way, I don't see SE changing this.

This doesn't really hold up either...I can repurchase that level 45 gear set from the Calamity Salvager at any time, just like the level 70 Antiquated set. These are the only ways to get those sets back after doing the quests should you discard them, so reasonably you would expect to be able to store them in the Armoire, seeing as how their methods of obtainment are the exact same, but only the 45 set can be stored.

It should be consistent. All job gear should be storeable in the Armoire, including augmented versions.
