So. Where's that 9th dungeon?

They were on stage, saying "9 dungeons! More than we've ever done at an expansion launch! wow!".

We have 8. It's not a huge deal, but has/can anybody comment on what happened? It got it's own slide at the fan fest. I was willing to say "Probably with Raids, that'd be cool", but now I'm just annoyed in this odd level of opacity when one of the pieces of content isn't in there. Especially with the quality of the post-80 dungeons already in-game, I'd really like to know if we can expect more.

Before people jump on to protect their beloved expac, I love ShB so far. It's going to be my favorite expansion if it keeps up this pace. I'm saying that stuff they told us would be in the game straight-up isn't and there's no explanation given.

Can you find them actually saying this anywhere or is this just people theorizing? It would be the first time they've ever presented Treasure Maps as core dungeon content. If this is the actual answer, that's super gross and kind of dishonest.

Except they said 9 dungeons on release, not in patch 5.05

I would almost count the temple puzzle solo duty as a dungeon. Maybe that was initially supposed to be multiplayer.

I wouldn't count that by any stretch. lol.

I've been wondering this too. I figured there would be four level 80 dungeons but found the usual 3. Not a huge deal but when they said nine, with no qualifications on what the 9th would be, I was expecting nine. Maybe someone miscounted and nobody proofred the slides or maybe one got cut late in development? I thought one might be part of the raid story but that's clearly not the case now. So far as I know they haven't commented on it.

I think, Eulmore was intended to be a dungeon, but for whatever reason it ended up becoming a solo duty

Now that we have the "Dungeons" of Lyhe Ghiah, I hope we could get clarification on the ninth dungeon. Sadly, 5.05 does count as launch still since it's still 5.0 content. Frustrating, but, can we please get some confirmation.
