Had a house repossessed, lost items

My house got repossessed on June 18th, 2019. The email said I could recover my items from the resident caretaker within 35 days. However when I go to the resident caretaker, I can't reclaim my items, when I click Estate Possession Retrieval it just tells me that I can reclaim items I leave in an estate but doesn't let me reclaim them. I made a support ticket already and all I got was an email about the 3.1 house reclamation, which I wasn't even playing then. Was wondering if the forum would be a good place to find out if I'm doing something wrong.

You'll need to get ahold of a GM in game most likely.

1. Go to System
2. Choose Support Desk
3. Type "GM" in the bottom box
4. Choose "How do I contact a Game Master"
5. Click on "File Report" at the bottom
6. Fill in the form & submit it

If you get a cookie cutter response, respond to the ticket until someone actually notices you need actual assistance.
