Proposed fixes to Monk

Forbidden Chakra isn't meant to reflect 'all' our points being opened but ones that go beyond our original seven, or so my head cannon goes. If there is no slow down with a 15% RoF my opo-opo idea would actually make the building of chakra really fluid and reliable for lvl 64+

I do not however want shameful reflections of other job features just renamed, that would upset me greatly.

I do keep seeing others asking for a total rework but I'm adamant on this positions and don't believe it's necessary. I've been playing MNK for several years now as my main and primary job and I just can't imagine it being much different barring a few tweaks to existing abilities. It doesn't need potency buffs or 'new' designs, but tools that reward intelligent play and positioning.
