I liked the fights (my favorite raid since ARR) because they had fanservice in it but one that makes sense. It also felt much more part of the story. I did not like the music of the last two fight.

I am also not a fan of one shot mechanics, but seemingly I had good enough groups that we did not have that much problems and on the last fight we had one person that already beat it and that later explained some of the stuff to us. If you understand the few mechanics they are quite easy imo.

I also liked that you could see the changes our actions did right away.

(But man does our WoL have bad memory or bad concentration..)

Fights are really good, music is great and story interesting, damn those randos than can't understand easy mechanics thought.

But, they are litteral trials they are nothing like raids and I kinda find this kind of insulting to pretend otherwise.

My biggest gripe was the story....or lack there of. You meet a guard and within minutes are in Eden where everything conveniently and quickly is set up and you are in and fighting the core before you can turn around, because a teenage girl, who was sheltered nearly her entire life, was able to figure out a century old piece of tech that does not resemble anything in the present, in literal seconds. There was barely any set up, everything came too easily and there is just nothing there. SE is known for their story telling abilities and this is the one of those times that shows, when they fail at story telling, they really fail at story telling.

It is the exact opposite of Ivalice which dragged on entirely too long with characters you wanted to slap more than help.

The music was top tier i really loved it!
I was surpised we fought Eden Prime right of the bat tho but it was a pleasant fight.
I kinda DFed all 4 fights since i play solo but it went well. We wiped 2 times on Voidwalker due to the mechanics confusing some people but we were typing down things we noticed etc
Leviathan was my absolute favourite and evil as heck! When he destroyed the central platforms half of us died[luckily not the healers phew]
Titan Cart was hilarious and always kept ppl on their toes but i absolutely hated it as a Black Mage,it was almost difficult to dps for me

overall it was great but i wont do titan more than once per reset /sweat

The armored woman is probably the oracle of darkness not Ryne.

He's my experience tanking them all. I ran E1 & E2 twice, once solo and another with friends doing it their first time. Doing the ratings on a 1-10 scale

E1: I didn't play FFVIII so I appreciated the fight and the hype it had for people. Mechanic wise it was pretty simple, my blind group only wiped once and that was before the dps check. I liked having to bait the circle aoes to then run behind Prime for the one shot. If I had to rate it 6/10. Would probably be higher if I was a VIII fan.

E2: First run I understood some of the mechs, but since I was MT I didn't get hit with the crazy stacking ones. I know there was some time delay mechanic but I didn't know how it was done. Cleared without a single wipe Second time with friends I paid more attention since I was OT and it really made me like the fight. Knowing when it would be delayed for a shriek or not made it more fun. We wiped once, but everyone else in my party picked it up really quick. At first I'd give it a 7 but after getting it I'd put it at an 8.

E3: Didn't expect Levi but it was absolutely welcome. Was MT and picked up every single mech as it happened. Only died once due to a bad rough divide placement when the platform was split in two. No wipes and I was salty I didn't get the orchestrion roll. Really hype fight and the remix was great. Solid 8.5 from me.

E4: The fight that messed me up. My group had about 4 wipes before we got it down but I had so much damn fun. One person did understand the mechs and were explaining them but they came a bit too late in the chat. Me and the OT were new so we were dying to exploding rocks but got it down. Very very fun fight and I imagine savage is going to be nuts. The remix for this one was amazing and I bought the orchestrion for it immediately after LMAO. 9.5 for me, legit blew my expectations away as I usually hold the third floor of normal in the highest regard since Omega.

If this is our first set of Eden I can only imagine what the next one will be, let alone our Nier alliance raids.

ok I see, I hope so I been hope we take ryne back to the source for while it be awesome. if we went all the trouble to save first we should be able take Ryne with us since we in a way saved Minfila

another suggest SE please move the piece to buy new gear into the other currency inventory your all about inventory mangerment this work in are favor in this regain or create a new table called raid currency

for example Alexander could have separate table in raid currency who win it this could go there. this free up a lot room for retainer and stuff because this way raid currency could be use in place.

It's an endless cycle. Omg this is too easy, omg this is too hard pls nerf, omg this is too easy. I wasn't there to witness the Alexander progression, but I've heard the stories. It's what happened when they tried to make it hard.
