    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When did this first start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

    If this is only happening with one character, can you try removing the locally-saved data (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV)? Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

    this started around 630 am CT. there was no changes to my pc or game prior to this.

    I already tried removing the locally saved data. it did not work.
