    i can't install the game engine

    duo to some error on visual C ++ runtime i get abnormal program termination.
    how can i fix this problem?

    Can you provide the full error message you receive?

    Is this a reinstallation of the game? Are you installing it on a different PC?

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
