MSQ roulette and AFK

The reward have to reduce accordingly to prevent new players being excluded from those two MSQ.
If not every party will just kick the new player or plainly go PF and leaving new player in queue for ages to force either of those condition

Not if the game makes the decision once the duty starts.
If new players at the start, unskippable.
If not, skippable.
If new player is kicked and replaced with a not new player, still unskippable.

There. Now there's no reason to kick since it won't change anything. At worst, a person might leave like they used to do for Steps of Faith.

Well i have two main problems with the MSQ.... As someone said before i also had times where i really dozed of during the cutscenes and woke up as half of the fight was over... the second problem results somewhat from the first. The bosses melt away so fast that sometimes (when i get out of the cutscene later then the rest of the group, wich i still dont know why it happens now and then) the boss is already so low that i get 2-3 skills in and he dies... So why even bother activ playing when there isnt really any noticable difference if i am properly doing stuff or just afking.

No, the problem is the players complaining about the new people watching cutscenes while everyone else runs off ahead. If you can live with out the huge EXP bonus, dont do MSQ and respect the new people trying to enjoy the story

This. We have the unskippable cutscenes because players behaved poorly. Now we have players behaving poorly again going afk hoping for a free ride. I love how everything is SE’s responsibility when Players should take responsibility for their own actions. Don’t want to participate in the dungeon because you find it boring the don’t queue. It really is that simple. Players have the choice to enter that roulette we are not forced. It’s just exp and tomes. There are other avenues to obtain those.

Let's not exaggerate. The "problem" wasn't complaining that new people watch cutscenes–you can clear MSQ roulette with like -3 players, so nobody really cared if people watched them. The issue was simply that new players got left behind and/or missed cutscenes because they were in one when another one got triggered or w/e.

It's not an exxageration.
People who run this the first time should be able to watch and experience the content as it was intended.
Not get told to "watch it in the inn" or have their experience ruined because Mr Joe runs it for the millionth time and can't be bothered to wait.

It is an exaggeration. They were told to watch it in the inn because it would allow them to view everything in order and at their own pace, not because people are that bothered by some random sprout is watching cutscenes instead of fighting. Even now when I run it, nobody stops to figure out if the rest of the group is with them. It's just a mad dash to the finish, and whoever gets to a boss first will pull it immediately.

Really it should be a player choice to watch cut scenes or not,
Arr is already a drag think this just adds to the issue some new/lower level.
Sure this is a okay bandaid to castrum and prae but really wish they would rework these into something more friendly to all.
