Random 90002 d/c to start screen

I play on Ultros on the Primal Data center getting random 90002 d/c to start screen it can happen anytime while questing in the world, during a dungeon, while zoning. I've got back in the game from the d/c just to get almost instantly dc'd again also. I have no issue with any other mmo and I play a few. This has been happening for awhile I quit back during stormblood because of this. I have tried everything from port forwarding to the internet explorer fix I see running around to running as administrator, disabling windows defender. I do play on wifi but a wired connected isn't something in the card currently. At the same time tho I play everything from bfV,wow, and path of exile with low latency and no issues with being dropped.

Just wanted to add that its also 90007 sometimes too.

I do see a couple other threads about this but I didn't see a fix for anyone in them hence why I made a new thread this is very annoying.

I apologize for the delay in our response. You mentioned this being a problem before, how often are you disconnected? Are the patterns the same as when you played during Stormblood?

What platform are you playing on and have you attempted to play on a different device or internet connection (if one is available)?

I would say at least once an hour sometimes more, and it seems to be completly random I have dc'd within 5 mins of logging back in and Ive also played for 2 hours without a d/c, I haven't been able to test on any other device or internet connection.

I apologize for the delay in our response. The troubleshooting that we provide, the steps you have already tried, is to strengthen your home network. If the issue stems from outside of this network, then the troubleshooting wouldn't be able to resolve it unfortunately.

You are most likely running into interference on your way to the server. Since this only pertains to your specific route, it wouldn't interfere with other games you play.

Since this is outside your home network, I'd suggest contacting your ISP and making a report with them.
