    Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Does this crash happen when the game is run on DX9 ? Does it happen on DX 11? Are any programs running at the same time as the game client when the crash occurs? Have you tried disabling any overlays? If you have not done so already, please try doing a clean boot. Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

    I did everything that you said already except the clean boot and it didn't work . I run directx11 version and don't use any overlays and never used any.
